Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Deep Search platform ("Service"), operated by APPIOS BILISIM TEKNOLOJILERI SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By creating an account or using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Deep Search is an AI-powered research platform that provides:

• Advanced text-based people search capabilities
• Face recognition search using uploaded images
• Username search across multiple platforms
• Comprehensive profile and social media discovery
• Real-time search results and status tracking

Our Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to aggregate publicly available information from various sources on the internet.

To access our Service, you must create an account using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Updating your information to keep it current

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Deep Search offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Weekly Plan: $6.99/week
• Monthly Plan: $14.99/month
• Yearly Plan: $39.99/year

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 3 free searches to try our platform
• Premium subscribers get unlimited text and username searches
• Face search requires special credits (5 credits bonus for new premium subscribers)
• Additional face search credits can be purchased separately

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Credits do not expire for active premium subscribers but may expire for free accounts after 12 months of inactivity.

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use our Service:

• To stalk, harass, or harm any individual
• For any illegal activities or purposes
• To violate any applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe on intellectual property rights
• To upload malicious content or attempt to hack our systems
• To create fake accounts or impersonate others
• To scrape or automatically collect data from our Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Deep Search and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our Service or its contents.

By submitting content to our Service (including search queries and uploaded images), you grant us:

• The right to process your submissions to provide our services
• The right to store your content as necessary for service delivery
• The right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

You retain ownership of your submitted content. We do not claim ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

You represent that you have the right to submit any content and that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights.

IMPORTANT: Deep Search aggregates publicly available information from the internet. We make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of search results
• The verification or authentication of found information
• The current status or validity of discovered profiles

All search results should be independently verified. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our search results. Users must comply with all applicable laws when using the information discovered through our Service.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• 100% uptime or availability
• That our Service will meet your specific requirements
• That search results will always be available or complete

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEP SEARCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deep Search and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit to the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of Kocaeli, Turkey.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Email notification to your registered email address
• Prominent notice on our website
• In-app notification when you next access the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
